Encryption
All traffic between your browser and Numeris is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 on managed cloud infrastructure.
Authentication
Passwords are stored hashed with industry-standard algorithms — never in plain text. We support strong password requirements and check passwords against known breach databases.
Access controls
Each company's data is isolated using row-level security in the database. Within a company, you can grant team members Viewer, Editor or Admin roles to follow the principle of least privilege.
Payments
We never store full card numbers. Card data is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor and only the brand and last 4 digits are kept on our side for reference.
Backups & availability
Our infrastructure performs continuous, encrypted backups with point-in-time recovery. Production systems are monitored 24/7.
Vulnerability disclosure
If you believe you have found a security issue, please email support@e-numeris.com. Please do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable time to investigate and respond.
Incident response
If a personal-data breach occurs, we will notify affected customers and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours, in line with GDPR Article 33.
