1. Who we are
Numeris ("we", "us", "our") provides invoicing and business-management software. We are the data controller for the personal data you provide when you create an account or use our services. You can reach us at support@e-numeris.com.
2. What data we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed), business name, VAT number, billing address, country.
- Customer & invoice data: information you enter about your customers, invoices, expenses and team.
- Payment data: only the last 4 digits and brand of your card. Full card numbers are processed by our payment provider; we never store them.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, log data, cookies strictly necessary for the service to work.
3. Why we use your data (legal bases)
- To provide the service you signed up for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — contract).
- To comply with tax and accounting laws (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and secure the platform (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).
- To send service-related emails. Marketing emails only with your consent.
4. Sharing your data
We share data only with processors who help us run the service (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing). They are bound by data-processing agreements and never use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell your data.
5. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards approved by the European Commission.
6. How long we keep data
Account and invoice data is retained for as long as your account is active and for up to 10 years afterwards to comply with tax and accounting law. You may request earlier deletion where the law allows.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. To exercise your rights, email support@e-numeris.com.
8. Cookies
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for authentication and security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated by email.
